Act-Belong-Commit In Recovery workshop

This workshop will cover: 

• An introduction to Act-Belong-Commit as a positive mental health promotion program
• The research behind the Act-Belong-Commit message
• The Act-Belong-Commit framework in practice with a concrete elaboration of the implications for action under each of the Act, Belong and Commit domains
• How the ‘The Act-Belong-Commit Guide to Keeping Mentally Healthy’ can be used with people recovering from a mental health problem.

Who should attend?

This workshop is suitable for all those working with people recovering from or experiencing a mental illness, as well as those working with individuals seeking more happiness and fulfillment in their day-to-day lives.
